MABEL I. BISH

BLOOMFIELD. MABEL I. BISH, age 92 of Bloomfield died November 28, 2005 at the Bloomfield Care Center. She was born August 7, 1913 in Davis County, Iowa to Theodore and Ethel Mae Wiggins Richardson. She married James E. Bish September 16, 1938 in Memphis, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 15, 1985. A resident of Davis County her lifetime, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Bloomfield Christian Church, a former member of Rebekah Lodge #1 in Bloomfield and a member of the Waubonsie and the Sew and So Clubs.

She is survived by a son Jerry L. Bish of Bloomfield; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandsons and 3 great great grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a grandson; a granddaughter; a brother Charles Hubert Richardson and a sister Ruth Lois Knapp.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday December 1, 2005 at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield with Rev. James Wakelin officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with the family present from 6:00-7:30 PM. A memorial has been established to her family.
