FERN BRUNK

BLOOMFIELD. FERN BRUNK, age 87 of Bloomfield died November 13, 2005 at the Davis County Hospital Long Term Care in Bloomfield. She was born October 23, 1918 in Davis County, Iowa to Wallace F. and Vera Sarrah French Martin. She married Glen Lee Brunk December 9, 1935 in Floris, Iowa, he preceded her in death March 16, 1978.
A lifetime resident of Davis County, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Stiles Christian Church and the Savannah Ladies Aide.

She is survived by 2 sons Ronald Brunk of Bloomfield and Gerald Brunk of Brashear, Missouri; a daughter Alberta Harper of Kirksville, Missouri; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great great granddaughters and a brother Bernie Martin of Bloomfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 PM Thursday, November 17, 2005 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Kramer Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Savannah Cemetery in Savannah, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Wednesday with the family present from 6:30-8:00 PM. A memorial has been established to the Stiles Christian Church.
