CHARLES LEROY HOPKINS

BLOOMFIELD. CHARLES LEROY HOPKINS, age 70 of Bloomfield died June 20, 2005 at the Bloomfield Care Center. He was born August 26, 1934 in Davis County, Iowa to Walter and Pearl Lurene Farabough Hopkins. He had been a resident of Davis County his lifetime and was a farm hand.

He is survived by 4 sisters Dorothy Roberts of Drakesville, Iowa, Katherine Hopkins of Bloomfield, Iowa, Lucille Hopkins of Fairfield, Iowa and Velma Williams of Maple Grove, Minnesota.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers Bert and Floyd Hopkins.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday June 23, 2005 at the Taylor Cemetery in Appanoose County, Iowa with Rev. Bill Eakins officiating. No visitation is planned. A memorial has been established to his family. Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield is handling the arrangements.
