ROBERT EDWARD JACKSON

BLOOMFIELD. ROBERT EDWARD JACKSON, age 82 of Bloomfield died October 18, 2005 at his home. He was born August 30, 1923 in Davis County, Iowa to George G. and Freda M. Hining Jackson. He was a resident of Davis County most of his life and was a farmer. He was a member of the Bloomfield Christian Church.

He is survived by a brother James Leon Jackson of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers Rollin and Lowell Jackson.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday October 22, 2005 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Jack Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Mt.Gilead Cemetery in Davis County, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Friday with the family present from 6:30-8:00 PM. A memorial has been established to the Friends of the Bloomfield Public Library.
