David Valentine Dudziak

Bloomfield—David Valentine Dudziak age 48 of Bloomfield died April 06, 2006 at the Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield, Iowa. He was born February 21, 1958 in Kirksville, Missouri to Frank V. and Barbara A. Stitzer Dudziak. He married Kathy Sue Davis Septmeber 11, 1993 in Davis County, Iowa. She preceded him in death on February 27, 2003. He attended the Bloomfield Tabernacle Baptist Church.

He is survived by three daughters; Lacey (Matt Craft) Dudziak of Bloomfield, Iowa, Davida Dudziak of Drakesville, Iowa and Alexis Dudziak of Hannibal, Missouri. One grandson, his mother Barbara Buffey of Queen City, Missouri and four sisters; Denise Teller of Columbia, Missouri, Lisa McClellan of Queen City, Missouri, Racheal Johnson of Bloomfield, Iowa and Candy Kott of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and two brothers, Joseph E. Dudziak of Columbia, Missouri and Douglas Dudziak of Kirksville, Missouri.

He is preceded in death by his father and a brother Alan Maurice Miller.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday April 10, 2006 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Iowa with Pastor Rick Rigney officiating. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetary in Milton, Iowa. The family be at the funeral home on Sunday April 9, 2006 for visitation from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. A memorial has been established to his family.
