JEANETTE R. FARRIER

BLOOMFIELD. JEANETTE R. FARRIER, age 60 of Bloomfield died August 28, 2006 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. She was born October 1, 1945 in Centerville, Iowa to Gilbert and Ruth Lyons Pullen. She was a 1963 graduate of Moravia High School. She married Richard Ripka and later married Les Farrier. She was a certified nursing assistant in home care. She was affiliated with the Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene in Bloomfield and was serving on the Heartland Humane Society Board in Ottumwa.

She is survived by a daughter Lorri (Raul) Tranquilino of Bloomfield; 3 grandchildren Josh Archer, Zach Ripka and Isabella Tranquilino; a brother Mike Bridgman of Ottumwa and 2 sisters Kathy Pulse of Eldon and Linda Robinson of Bloomfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father Charles Bridgman and a sister Patricia Pullen.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM Friday September 1, 2006 at the Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene in Bloomfield with Rev. Rick G. Rigney officiating. Burial will be in the Taylor Cemetery in Appanoose County, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Thursday at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield. The family will be present from 6:00-8:00 PM for visitation. Memorials in lieu of flowers have been established to the Heartland Humane Society and the Ottumwa Regional Health Center Oncology Center.
