CONNIE LEE PORTER

MILTON.  CONNIE LEE PORTER, age 56 of Milton died July 31, 2006 at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.  She was born March 5, 1950 in Bloomfield, Iowa to Melvin E. and Verna J. White Wilson.  She married Donald Porter  January 31, 1970 in Bloomfield, Iowa.  She was a resident of Milton most of her life.  She was a 1968 graduate of Milton High School.  She was a homemaker and assistant manager with Midstates Foods in Ottumwa.  She was a member of the Milton Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband;  a son  Donald Eugene (Koren) Porter, Jr. of Fairfield, Iowa;  2 grandchildren;  her mother  Verna Wilson of Milton, Iowa and a sister Carol Christenson of Indianola, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her father.
