JUANITA DARLENE SAMPLE

BLOOMFIELD.  JUANITA DARLENE SAMPLE, age 74 of Bloomfield died September 29, 2006 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.  She was born February 23, 1932 in Wapello County, Iowa to Paul and Beulah Frazier George.  She married Wayne Sample  May 17, 1959 in Davis County, Iowa.  She was a resident of Davis County most of her life and was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Bloomfield.

She is survived by her husband;  2 daughters  Ellen Schumaker of Bloomfield, Iowa and Debra Lowe of Pulaski, Iowa;  4 grandchildren and 2 sisters  Iva Mae Milbourn of Kansas City, Missouri and Paulene Selix of Camdenton, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
