ORA L. SMITH

UNIONVILLE.  ORA L. SMITH, age 92 of Bloomfield and former Unionville, Iowa resident died December 12, 2006 at the Bloomfield Care Center.  She was born August 11, 1914 in Davis County, Iowa to Eli and Ara Ann Bridgeman Smith.  She married Henry Faye Smith  March 27, 1937 in Bunch, Iowa.  He preceded her in death January 28, 1981.  She was a resident of Davis County most of her life and was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Unionville Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son  Carl Smith of Drakesville, Iowa;  a granddaughter;  2 great granddaughters and a sister  Blanche Cantrell of Bloomfield, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents;  husband;  2 brothers  Rosco and Alva Smith and 4 sisters  Vergie Smith, Elsa Coop, Ruth Doll and Beulah Smith.
