LUCILLE L. WORK
PULASKI. LUCILLE L. WORK, 94 of Pulaski, Iowa died November 23, 2007 at the Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua, Iowa. She was born April 16, 1913 in Troy, Iowa to William and Effie Darnell Work. She was a lifetime resident of Davis County and was a telephone operator in Pulaski for several years. She was a member of the Pulaski United Methodist Church and the Pulaski Senior Center.
She is survived by a nephew Jim (Neva) Roof, Sr. of Littleton, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters Catherine DeMuth, Leora Roof and Lela Heinkel and a brother William Work.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Tuesday November 27, 2007 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Jerry Caughron officiating. Burial will be in the Pulaski Cemetery in Pulaski, Iowa. Open visitation will be from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday. A memorial has been established to the Van Buren County Hospital.
