Quentin Levi Bales FLORIS: Quentin Levi Bales, age 3 months 25 days, died June 12, 2008 at the Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield, Iowa. He was born February 18, 2008 in Ottumwa, Iowa to Wesley L. and Loretta F. Price Bales. He is survived by his parents; a brother, Adrian Bales of Floris, Iowa; 3 half-brothers, Joshua, Jeremy, and Justin Shepherd, all of Ottumwa, Iowa; and grandparents, Duane and Thelma Bales of Floris. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Ethel Price; and great-grandparents, Norris and Jessica Price, Stanley and Florence Bales, and Clarence and Vera Shadley. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at the Floris Cemetery in Floris, Iowa with Rev. Loyal Hepker officiating. The family will be at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Iowa on Tuesday from 6-7:30 pm to meet with family and friends. A memorial has been established to his family. |
