Lillieth M. Brooks BLOOMFIELD: Lillieth M. Brooks, 101, of Bloomfield, Iowa died February 24, 2008 at the Bloomfield Care Center. She was born September 24, 1906 in Schuyler County, Missouri to Alden Luttlus and Lena (Gingerich) Boatman. She married Roscoe E. Brooks. He preceeds her in death May 22, 1972. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Bloomfield Christian Church and the Waubonsie Club. She is survived by nieces and nephews. She is preceeded in death by her parents, husband, 6 sisters, Edna Coy, Icle Kight, Venus Hubbartt, Leona Galpin, Ilda Adams and Lela Gibson, 3 brothers, Earl, Bill and Wesley Boatman. Memorial services will be at 11:00am Saturday March 1, 2008 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. James Wakelin officiating. Burial of the cremains will be at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the Bloomfield Christian Church. |
