Lester Leon McMullen

FAIRFIELD:  Lester Leon McMullen, 58, of Fairfield, Iowa died September 8, 2008 at the Parkview Care Center in Fairfield, Iowa.  He was born February 9, 1950 in Lyons, Kansas to Leo and Dora McMullen.  He was a truck driver for North American Van Lines.

He is survived by 8 children including Ashley McMullen of Ottumwa, Iowa, and James and Megan McMullen; a sister, Judy Teag of Oklahoma; and a special friend, Karma Stivers of Ottumwa, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The body has been cremated and no services are planned.
