Linda L. Robinson

BLOOMFIELD:  Linda L. Robinson, 60, of rural Bloomfield, Iowa died November 17, 2008 at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, Iowa.  She was born August 16, 1948 in Centerville, Iowa to Gilbert and Ruth Lyons Pullen.  She married Oren Robinson February 14, 1993 in Unionville, Iowa.  She worked security for Royal Neighbors of American Insurance in Rock Island, Illinois.  She has been a resident of Davis County since 1999.

She is survived by her husband; a step-daughter, Ruth McDonald of Georgetown, Texas; 2 step-grandchildren; a brother, Mike Bridgman of Eddyville, Iowa; a sister, Kathy Pulse of Eldon, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Charles Bridgman; and 2 sisters, Patricia Pullen and Jeanette Farrier.

Funeral services will be at 10:30am on Friday, November 21, 2008 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Iowa with Doran Bollman officiating.  Cremation will follow the service.  Visitation will begin after 9am on Thursday with the family present from 6-8pm at the funeral home.  A memorial has been established to the Heartland Humane Society.
