Dale M. Sprouse

BLOOMFIELD.  Dale M. Sprouse, 79 of Bloomfield died December 28, 2008 at the Davis County Hospital Long Term Care in Bloomfield.  He was born May 28, 1929 in Troy, Iowa to Alva and Iona Reisch Sprouse.  He married Darleen Taylor December 11, 1946 in Eldon, Iowa.  He owned and operated D & D Services, a small engine repair shop.

He is survived by his wife; a son Jerry Sprouse of Fairfield, Iowa; a daughter Terry Zybarth of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 2 brothers  Glenn Sprouse of Selma, Iowa and Ramon Sprouse of East Moline, Illinois.

The body has been cremated.  As per his request no services are planned.  A memorial has been established to Davis and Wapello County Hospice and may be sent to 23 Spencer Ct. Bloomfield, IA  52537.  Wagler Funeral Home is assisting the family.
