Patricia Rose Wagler

PULASKI:  Patricia Rose Wagler, 68 of Pulaski, Iowa died August 28, 2008 at Hospice House in Ottumwa.  She was born March 1, 1940 in Baring, Missouri to T.C. and Ina Slocum Thompson.  She married Vaughn R. Wagler  September 6, 1959 in Pulaski, Iowa. He preceded her in death May 8, 2005.  She was a resident of Pulaski most of her life and worked at Hamilton Produce in Bloomfield for several years.  She was a member of the Bloomfield United Methodist Church, the Red Hat Ladies and was very involved in her community.

She is survived by a son  Mark Wagler of Pulaski, Iowa; 
2 daughters  Debra Wagler of Carson City, Nevada and Melody (Erik) Palladino of Hermann, Missouri and 4 grandchildren  Tiffany and Tyler Wagler and Roman and Owen Palladino.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and a son  Doug Wagler.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Wednesday September 3, 2008 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Kevin Gingerich officiating.  Burial will be in the Pulaski Cemetery in Pulaski, Iowa.  Visitation will begin after 10 am Tuesday with the family present from 6-8 pm.  A memorial has been established to the Pulaski Fire Department.
