Berdena Mae White BLOOMFIELD: Berdena Mae White, 84, of Bloomfield, Iowa died March 2, 2008 at the Bloomfield Care Center. She was born June 14, 1923 in Davis County, Iowa to Ira and Julia Hilpert Prevo. She married Raymond R. White June 14, 1947 in Davis County. He precedes her in death March 8, 1975. A resident of Davis County her lifetime, she was a homemaker. She was affiliated with the Open Bible Church in Bloomfield. She is survived by a daughter, Sheryl McLain of Cantril, Iowa; a son, Terry White of Ottumwa, Iowa; a granddaughter, 2 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Ollie Yahnke and Doris Gilliand, both of Bloomfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, an infant son, and a brother, Lester Prevo. Funeral services will be at 10am Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Richard Friend officiating. Burial will be in the Rouch Cemetery in Davis County. Open visitation will be from 9am until 9pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Hospice of Central Iowa. |
