Teresa Ann Johnson

PULASKI:  Teresa Ann Johnson, 45, of Pulaski, Iowa died November 14, 2009 at her home.  She was born February 5, 1964 in Kirksville, Missouri to Jerry and Dianna Wheaton Clark.  She married Rod Johnson March 4, 1993 in Pulaski.  She was a CNA at the Van Buren County Hospital and for Res Care Community Services. 

She is survived by her husband; a son, Ashton Johnson of Pulaski, Iowa; 2 daughters, Jaimie Johnson of Fairfield, Iowa, Courtney Johnson of Pulaski, Iowa; her parents; 2 sisters, Tammy Sandretto and special friend Matt Hanson of Galesburg, Illinois, Tina (Kenny) Lewis of Memphis, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her aunt, Shirley Robinson; and father-in-law, Fred Johnson.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Iowa with Pastor Kramer Smith officiating.  Burial will be in the Pulaski Cemetery in Pulaski, Iowa.  Visitation will begin after 9am on Tuesday with the family present to greet friends from 6-8pm at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family.
