Kelly Dawn Swarts Menken MOULTON. Kelly Dawn Swarts Menken, 40, of Bloomfield and former Moulton resident, died July 20, 2009 at the Davis County Hospital Long Term Care. She was born January 18, 1969 in Bloomfield, Iowa to Donald W. and Carol A. Andrews Swarts. She married Michael Menken December 27, 1987 in Cincinnati, Iowa. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Bloomfield for 20 years. She is survived by a daughter Malorie Menken of Centerville, Iowa; parents, Don and Carol Swarts of Moulton, Iowa; 3 half-sisters, Debra Wood of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Terri McGill of Moulton, Iowa and Andrea Lawson of Bloomfield, Iowa and 2 half-brothers, Dan Norton of Blairstown, Iowa and Ronnie Norton of Moulton, Iowa. Her body has been cremated. Burial of the cremains will be at the Sunset View Cemetery in Moulton, Iowa. A family memorial gathering will be held at a later date. A memorial has been established to the Moulton First Responders and may be sent to the family at 203 West 9th St. Moulton, IA 52572. Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield is assisting the family. |
