Mary Ellen Vannoy

BLOOMFIELD:  Mary Ellen Vannoy, 79, of Bloomfield, Iowa died April 7, 2009 at the Bloomfield Care Center.  She was born September 12, 1929 in Davis County, Iowa to Ralph and Hazel Gandy Frymoyer.  She married Clinton Vannoy February 15, 1956 in Monterey, Iowa.  She was a farm wife and a lifetime resident of Davis County.

She is survived by a brother, Dean (Marianna) Frymoyer of Ottumwa, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Louise Frymoyer of Bloomfield, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Howard Lee, Bob, and Harold Frymoyer; and a sister, Florence Downing.

Graveside services will be at 10:30am Friday, April 10, 2009 at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield, Iowa with Kramer Smith officiating.  Open visitation will be from 9am until 9pm on Thursday at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
